The Durbin home featured a master bedroom with a shared adjoining bathroom off the second floor hallway. By raising the roof and adding a window, unused attic space adjacent to the master bedroom was converted to a new en suite master bathroom.
We created this warm and inviting space with plenty of storage, two lavatories, a make-up area, an enclosed compartment toilet, and a feature whirlpool tub. Re-purposed wood from the home’s front porch remodel created a space with nostalgia for the home owner who grew up in this home and eventually purchased it from his parents.
